Our Audience
400 health coaches, health care professionals, moms, dads, young professionals and retirees who have a range of knowledge in the field of alternative health. About 90% of our attendees are local and 10% are national and international attendees. They all have a unique interest in using organic and holistic health products and services.

Important Information and Details
Exhibitor Arrival and Exhibit Hall Hours
- The exhibit hall will be open to the attendees from 9:00 am – 6:00 pm Saturday and 9:00 am – 5:00 pm Sunday.
- You may begin setting up Friday at 4:30 pm
- When you arrive, please sign in at the registration desk to pick up your table assignment and conference wristband passes.
- There are no unloading or “carry in” policies. You may enter through the Belmont Ballroom entrance directly from the parking lot. There will be signs.
Internet, Electricity and Vendor Services
- Wireless Internet is provided for you.
- Each additional table is $60. Sold out.
- The tickets provided in your sponsor benefits include the tickets we are giving you for your table staff. Each additional conference ticket is $25.
- We do not pipe and drape the exhibitor hall into individual “booths”. You will be given a draped and skirted table(s) and two chairs.
- Please let us know if you have special needs. We are flexible and may be able to accommodate you.
Exhibitor Guidelines
- You may not hang banners or signs to the walls. All banners and signs must be free-standing.
- Exhibitors must be set up by 9:00 am on Saturday and must not tear down until 5:00 pm Sunday.
- Please leave your space clean.
